so I am almost done with the first semester...so far i think i have broke down in tears about 3 times...from all the stress...I finished my pharmacology class yesterday, if i passed or not is still up in the air...this is one of the hardest things i have ever done in my life...just with stress from school, financial issues, not being able to work as much as i would like...having little to no social life....but amongst all the stress it is also a wonderful fun exciting experience...
Taking care of patients and learning about diseases, and how I can help make a difference in their lives, by just being there....
Being an EMT for about 5 years I was on the verge (if not already there) of burn out...I was sick of all the bullshit calls, people abusing the system, being treated like i am nothing...(it happens)...
but now...I am learning new information and changing not only what I know, but how I have to think about things...I am only in the first semester but i can already tell the difference of how i look at a situation....
I cant wait to look back when i am all done and say ...remember when...
And i just want to say thank you to all of those who have and continue to give me encouragement...It means the world to me knowing that you are there every step of the way with me...
